Beautiful beach, nice and comfortable rooms. The guestroom buildings are close to the beach and pool so you dont have to walk far no matter which room you are in. The food was great, especially Portofino restaurant with Marializ. All in all, a great stay for couples or families.

We had a great stay at Dreams overall, and the service really stood out. The staff as a whole was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our trip. Theo, Adrianna, and Francis especially went above and beyond to meet our needs and were consistently kind and helpful. There were also several other team members who made a positive impact, even if we didn’t catch all of their names. The entertainment staff was wonderful as well—always pleasant, smiling, engaging, and creating a fun atmosphere for guests. The food could have been better, with more variety and options available, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and truly appreciated the excellent service from the team.

The resort was beautiful the staff was amazing would like to mention that Nilvio was a awesome host and that Adrian and Cassandra at the pool bar are two of the best bartenders ive ever met as well as wonderful people,the only disappointment was that the resort had advertised 11 restaurants did not mention that only 2 or 3 were open each evening not all 11 daily kind of false advertising..but overall love this resort. The property, beach, and kids club were amazing. Be careful booking on expedia. We booked a preferred ocean front swim out with two double beds. Apparently this room doesn't exist. When we got there we were put in a room with a King size bed and a pull out couch. We made it work but that is not what we booked. The room was also the farthest room away from the preferred club. Again we made this work but was not what was booked. This isnt the first time somwthing like this has happened to us using expedia. Also be prepared to tip the staff, especially the bar tender. Basically if you didnt have money in your hand he would not serve you. Food and service not the greatest and actually fell slightly below my already low expectations.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was super nice ready to serve. However, the restaurants and the bars were missing the small details and were not ready for our large group, which we reserved well in advance. Some of our rooms had damaged furniture, rooms smelled and the views were subpar. And then we were charged for an upgrade, when we had paid for a specific room in advance. Not sure if we will return.
