Charmante Wohnung

Wir waren eine Woche in Dresden. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und gut zu erreichen. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man in der Altstadt und bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieterinnen war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Kurzurlaub

Hervorragend, alles passte. Wohnung Toplage, geräumig, schönes Bad, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mitten in Neustadt, Kneipen, Esslokale und vieles mehr fussläufig zu erreichen. Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ganz in der Nähe. Jeder Zeit würden wir Wohnung wieder mieten. Nochmals tausend Dank an die Vermieterinnen, die uns abends spontan geholfen haben, als wir uns ausgeschlossen hatten.

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Apartment ist super zentral, aber trotzdem in einem ruhigeren Hinterhof gelegen, sodass man vom Straßenlärm nichts mitbekommt. Mit geöffneten Fenstern sind Kinder und Nachbarn hörbar, aber Fenster kann man ja auch schließen.

Sehr sauber

Alles gut bei diesem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, was uns gut gefallen ist. Das ganze ist mitten im Trubel der Neustadt, trotzdem ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Die Einrichtung des Appartments hat uns nicht gefallen. Mischung aus Roller und Ikea, aber ok. Man kann nicht alles haben.

Guter Platz in der Neustadt Dresdens

Die Unterkunft würden wir wieder nehmen, denn sie liegt in einer Gegend, in der man sehr schön auch Lokale und Restaurants findet, die Neustadt ist halt sehr lebendig. Das alte Dresden ist aber auch bequem zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es kaum, deshalb ist es nützlich, dass man hier einen mitbuchen kann. Aber Achtung: Die Einfahrt ist eng. Große Fahrzeuge sollten vorher nachfragen. Die Wohnung ist modern und großzügig und insgesamt fehlt es an nichts. Das Doppelbett ist einwandfrei, dritte und vierte Personen haben ein kleines Bett und das (bequeme) Sofa. Das Auto kann man weitgehend stehen lassen, denn der Nahverkehr ist gut zu erreichen. Wer Essen gehen will oder frühstücken, sollte rechtzeitig Plätze reservieren, denn, wie gesagt, die Wohnung ist da, wo in Dresden Leben ist.

Comfortable and Well Appointed Apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was an especially good size with a very nice shower with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well kitted out with a good supply of pots, pans, mixing bowels and utensils. While there is a microwave there is no oven but the electric stove top was very adequate for cooking things like salmon and chicken. The location was good — a 12 minute walk to grocery stores and the Dresden Neustadt Train station. It was about a 30 minute walk to the Alte Stadt with its historic museums and churches but the walk if one goes along the tree lined Hauptstrasse was very pleasant and did not seem like 30 minutes. There are a number of restaurants close by with a very nice cafe right in the building in front of the apartment. Simone’s access instructions were simple and very easy to understand. For the price, the apartment is very good value.

gute sehr zentrale Lage

erstaunlich ruhige Wohnung trotz sehr zentraler Lage ,damit gute Anbindung an ÖVP , Zentrum, Elbe auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.WLAN hätte etwas stärker (schneller) sein können, ansonsten alles bestens.

Great quiet location in the city.

This is a great quiet location in the city, close to everything. The apartment is well equipped with all that is needed to make you feel you are home. The place is kept clean and everything is in working order. One suggestion I would make, is please add better lighting in the bathroom. We have enjoyed our stay. The apartment is confortable and the area is quiet. You can definitely relax. Simone thee person in charge is very helpful and responsive every time I needed something. We will definitely try to come back and stay here is it’s available. Thank you, Eddy
