"The room was clean and the proprietors were very friendly, kind and helpful but the property is a bit run down. Bathroom recently renovated, though, and the beds were fine. Towels were skimpy. A fine, relatively inexpensive place to sleep for one night."

The door lock was barely attached and didn’t feel secure at all, which was honestly concerning. On top of that, several things in the room were broken or missing.
