"Y’all do not stay here unless you like crappy service. I went down and asked the front desk for a blanket not once not twice but three times and they never came, each time they gave me some sorry response saying that they’ll bring it to my room, well it never came. The phone in our room did not work. The TV in the bedroom and in the living did not work, maintenance finally came to fix it after having to go all the way down and request. The blanket that did come with the pull out couch was covered in hair that was not mine. Maybe this would be something to expect in a motel six but if I’m going to pay and pick to stay in an Embassy Suites I expect the quality they advertise. "

"The hot water in the entire hotel was down for several hours. One set of towels per person. Couldnt really take more than one shower. One tiny bar of soap. Staff was professional. Expected more from Marriott."

"The hotel is very conveniently located off the freeway. It was easy to get around between Dallas and Fort Worth from this location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had lots of amenities: refrigerator and microwave in the small kitchenette. The breakfast was a nice perk, but I wish the hours were a bit longer. My only complaint was the parking - not enough parking spots near the main entrance. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay here again. "

"The front desk staff was very accomodating and supportive with our frantic arrival. The shuttle bus driver was very kind and worked hard through the night to get everyone from the airport to the hotel during a storm and many delayed flights."

"Hotel is a little older, but still in good condition. It kind of reminds me of an older embassy suites with the elevator in the middle and inward facing balconies on both sides. Rooms are clean and beds are average as far as comfort goes. Its a little difficult getting in and out because the road you turn into it on is one-way. Looks to be a pretty safe area, there's a gate you have to put a code in to open and enter parking area's after dark. The gym has enough equipment to get a good workout in and the indoor pool is nice but not heated. They serve a pretty good variety for breakfast but i can't remember if it was free or not. The internet is free and works good, and unlike alot of hotels you can connect a gaming system to the internet to stream tv(Netflix, Hulu, ect.). The TV's are good size too, I'd say if i had to guess they are between 40-50 inches. Overall it's a pretty good hotel, in my opinion its a little over priced( I think it was about $140 per night), it should be about $100 per night in my opinion based on stays elsewhere. But week days may be cheaper, i stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again. "
