"This hotel is has the most amazing staff. The atmosphere is also great. However, the music can be heard everywhere in the hotel after 5. (Except inside of the guest rooms) We stayed for one night so that we could visit the zoo which is very close. I felt safe and cared about. My daughter has sensory sensitivity and I needed to request that the music be turned off long enough for her to get to our room. They granted my request. I would stay again if I just needed a safe place to stay in a foreign...

"Never anyone at reception desk! Had to wait for someone to show up. Location, price safety and hvac were all good. Room had inadequate lighting, antiquated furnishings, walls and ceiling needed repair and fresh paint. Bathroom was a mess. No stopper on sink drain, shower panels need replacing, toilet seat loose, no soap, shampoo, tissues, minimal towels that were frayed and torn, tub plumbing fixtures were loose and pulling out of the wall. Room door looked like it had been through a war. No ice...
