Enjoyed our stay and staff was great! Will stay again but just want to add: shower was clogged and water took forever to drain then pool was more on the colder side…other than that, we enjoyed your hotel & breakfast

We liked the location - fast food and groceries within a minute walk, and downtown Drumheller about 10 minute walk. The hotel itself was clean and pool was nice size for the kids. Breakfast was standard with hot options (eggs, bacon, hash browns) and the usual cereals, toast and pancakes. We didn't interact with staff much, but pleasant enough. Only complaint was room size for the price we paid. Was very disappointed that for a double queen we had no room to put luggage anywhere. We were constantly tripping over our things (one suitcase for the adults and 2 small ones for each kid). Two people couldn't pass by each other when walking around. I really feel like we were price gouged. Throughout the rest of our road trip we stayed at hotels within the same company and my kids could do cartwheels in the rooms (also double queen, half the price ... and on a long weekend). Also disappointed that since we booked through Expedia the front desk couldn't change anything for us when I asked. I won't book through Expedia again - I thought it would give me the best deal but front staff said otherwise had I booked through them. In saying that, the price gouge may have been because of third party booking?

The carpets are old, kind of smelly. Also I think staff should tell people to not park wherever. When you have a room on the first floor you want to be able to park at your door. There was mold on our bathroom wall and the shampoo bottle was empty.

My favorite place in drumheller for a family stay. Great 2 bedroom suites, although in dire need of a reno. Will still return, but really hoping the carpet in room 305 is steam cleaned before next years trip at least!

Our room had a mildew kind of smell (very old carpet). The breakfast rooms were overflowing, so we gave up on the free breakfast and went somewhere else. Although the bathroom had an upgrade the old carpet should really be removed a long time ago. The area was nice parking was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we won’t be again until the room quality improves.
