You'll have great access to off-roading and hiking trails, and some of the best fishing holes, restaurants, and shopping. Nestled into a private lot with trees on both sides and a nice plush lawn, there are horseshoes set up on the side yard and a pickleball net that can be set up on the paved parking area to enjoy.
On the North side of the home is a spacious deck facing the water where you can lounge or dine, all while taking in amazing sunset views. The fire pit is located right on the water's edge, the perfect location for winding down at the end of your day.
Too tired to build an outdoor fire? There is a lovely stone fireplace in the family room with a wood-burning insert that can help take the chill out of cooler evenings.
This is also an ideal location for kayaking, where you can set out to explore some of the outer islands or paddle along the shoreline. Two Kayaks and a Paddle Boat come with the home for your enjoyment.
