「Overall the property was as advertised. Close to Smith Falls and Merrickville, it is situated on a small waterway that is peaceful and has seating on the dock. Price was fair for the accommodations. The icons on VRBO indicate that there are two showers but there is only one. The upstairs bathroom is a tub only. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. We had a lovely stay.」

「Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly, but only fits 2-3 adults comfortably. Overall a great cottage and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!」

「My family's weekend stay at this cottage was wonderful. The property has everything you could ask for, and the children loved the outdoor playground, and getting out on the lake. It didn't hurt to wake up in the morning to that gorgeous view, either! Our only regret was that we hadn't booked a longer stay - would definitely return for another visit!」

「This was a great little cottage. My family and I were at a family wedding near by. Cottage had all amenities, except a BBQ(although it was not one offered). The place was clean and the owner responded to any questions very timely. We did have issues closing the bathroom door and the shower heads spray was affected due to the hard water. 「The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes,etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. You can also park in front of the house, which we didn’t know until we unloaded our vehicles. Right next to the local store and LCBO. Wonderful coffee shop a walk away. Very pretty little town」

「This house is new and has top of line appliances. Our flight was delayed and we did not get to the Cabin until 2:00 in the morning and I text Dwayne and he said no problem and told me to text him 30 min out. He was there waiting on us and gave me a thorough explanation on the cabin. When I booked the cabin he had all 5 star ratings and now I know why. My family loved this cabin beautiful location.」

「Another great time on White Lake! Our ladies' get-together was a success- lots of room for everyone and with an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area, it made socializing easy and fun! Lots of private space outside too. We enjoyed lounging on the dock and in the lawn chairs under the trees, used the kayaks to explore the marshes and shoreline, and on the last night lit a campfire. A great place to see the stars and to enjoy the dawn chorus! We hope to be back again!」

「We had a week at Erika's cottage this fall and it was absolutely lovely. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, the location is stunning, and the screened in porch was an absolute added bonus. We were also really delighted we could bring our cat with us, and that the screened in porch was there so she could safely enjoy the location too :-) All of the instructions, access, setup, and process for the cottage was clear and easy. Erika makes the experience seamless for guests to enjoy...
