“It's a clean place with friendly staff. In our room the fridge wasn't working but when I asked where I can keep my food overnight they offered me to use a fridge in the staff room. They have a good breakfast ( sausages and scrambled eggs and cerials)”

“There was hair in the shower drain and on the walls of the shower. There was also an empty toilet paper roll behind the trash can. When we came back to the room on Saturday evening, they had just thrown the covers up. Did not make the bed”

“It was clean as it’s fairly new. Beds were hard. The meat selection was cold on the breakfast bar. Nice waffle machines. Come on though $13 for a pint of ice cream is just price gouging. ”

“Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“No coffee pot ,only a toaster,fridge was frozzen up ,tub was dirty, not enough hot water to fill the jet tub. Bad smell when we open the door ,had to air it out ,no extra blanket ,no hangers , no restrant on site. Was told to go to truck stop , we check it out ,it did not like a good place to eat . it all need to be updated all over in side and out . will not be back there again . ”

“Looks like renovating themselves, sloppy paint, caulk,grout. Room was clean. Outside area very run down. ”

“The stay was great! Only thing I didn't like is the fact that I was charged for parking because the hotel was real close to the Ark Encounter. When I ordered tickets to ark I purchased parking tickets since it didn't stipulate how close walking was and when I purchased Hotel room it didn't tell either. You should let people know that the entrance gate is on hotel property. So I paid double for parking”

“We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay overnight on our trip home that was dog friendly and this hotel was in an easily accessible location. The room was pretty basic, which was fine … but the bed/mattress was rough - squeaky, uncomfortable, and pretty tough to sleep on. The walls were quite thin and we could hear all of the activities in the rooms near us. I guess you do get what you pay for here.”
