“Apartment is in a well-kept complex ideally located near NRG, medical center, Rice Village. We found the apartment spacious and clean. It was very easy to hear the movements of the upstairs neighbor, so people sensitive to noise might want to consider that. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.”

“I loved my stay overall despite a few quirks...one of them being a maintenance problem with water leakage out into the building's hallway coming from the plumbing inside of the wall. Maintenance knocked on my door to alert me that there was water coming out into the hallway from my apartment, and I let them inside of the apartment to assess the problem. The host is very hospitable and helpful with any needs or concerns...the apartment itself is cute and peaceful. The location is perfect, and……
