This apartment is in the perfect location for appointments at Texas Orthopedic and Baylor. The host provided excellent check in and out directions and quickly answered the few questions I had. I hope to stay at this location for future medical appointments and the Houston Rodeo.

This was our second time to stay at this apartment and we would stay again. The location is close to the medical complexes we are visiting. The host is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Definitely a 10 all the way!

We loved our stay in this comfy apartment! The beds were comfortable and the swing in the living room was a nice touch - very relaxing to hang in there for a bit. The kitchen was also well stocked. Note that the apartment faces a school parking lot so the lights from the lot can be a little bright in the morning and the road noise is a little there. Bring a sleeping mask and a sound machine if either of those may bother you; otherwise, the neighborhood was great with lots of food choices and the property manager was very responsive!

The property was great for my family. It was an easy quick drive to the NRG. The property was very clean and quiet. Internet and smart tv’s worked great. I’ve stayed at many Vrbo properties and this one I highly recommend. Great place!

We were in Houston for 30+ days. This home is in a great part of town with a private parking garage with security. Very safe! Home was as portrayed and host was very responsive!

This apartment is great. Very comfortable and clean. The only reason I couldn’t give this rental an excellent rating is because the host took several hours to answer messages sometimes which is unusual in my experience with previous hosts I’ve rented from and there were mustangs literally racing in the parking garage on multiple occasions which I know the host has no control over but it does cause a safety issue.

Visited for a 3 day effortless entry, Cleaning supplies were present , locked gate entry, no problem with us arriving after 12am, beautiful aesthetics ,very much so was comfortable an it was very much so a plus that coffee was provided along with other kitchen necessities! The place was exactly as the pictures show on the listing . Very clean and roomy for 3 people to stay . The manager was extremely helpful and replied back quickly. We enjoyed our stay . Shops and restaurants were a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk. . The only problem was the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance work so was a little disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place for another stay in Houston .
