「Friendly host, clean and comfortable property. I have no complaints」

「There was weird smell to the property as soon as we walked in. We also found a roach. Kitchen floor was dirty and the drying mat was disgustingly dirty as well.」

「This beautiful and bright home was a great place for me to unwind and relax. The space was roomy and bed so comfy too. Great view of greenery outside the windows. I had a wonderful time! Nicest place I have stayed in. Close to shops and all the freeways. Very safe. Hosts super friendly.」

「Stay decent. Only room for 1 car to park on the property and you apparently can't park on the street except for Friday and Saturday otherwise you could get ticketed. We weren't told that until the next morning when it was too late. And only then were we told we could have parked in the driveway, just had to have to car moved by 8. Which would have been fine. No kitchen (but that's my fault for not seeing that). If you want to do laundry it's a 10 charge. Bring your own pillow if you can. It felt...

「Great house and exactly as advertised. Was concerned with the proximity of the ADU and inhabitants but was no issue at all. Never heard or saw anyone or anything. We would absolutely stay here again. One suggestion - change the curtains in the rear & middle bedrooms to allow them to close. They were VERY bright through the night.」

「Everything was above and beyond with this property. The room was warm when we arrived but cooled down quickly after turning on the air-conditioning. I am sensitive to air fragrances, the wall fragrance was overwhelming for me. If this is an issue for you I’m sure requesting these to be removed in the comments when booking would be helpful.」

「This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. 」

「When we arrived at the property AC was not on so it took forever for it to cool down the house. The room that I stayed in was hot the AC was programmed for it to change the setting so then it would get hot again inside the house the backyard look like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time we couldn't use it because there was spider webs all over the place a whole bunch of spiders.」
