"The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. I loved the gym and coffee shop. The spa facilities were so tranquil and relaxing. I went on marina walks about every morning there are a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The gym facilities was amazing and the pool was very nice. The things I didn’t like the elevators were glitchy, washroom vanity light too dark, toilet paper in an awkward spot and not enough hooks to hang your clothes.Same variety of food for breakfast each day. There was tons of construction going on in the area so the view from the pool was not that great."

"Fantastic stay at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel! The hotel was immaculate every corner spotless and clearly well maintained, which made such a difference to how comfortable we felt throughout our stay. The staff were brilliant. Friendly, attentive, and available 24/7 whenever we needed anything nothing was too much trouble. That kind of service really elevates a stay. Our room had a lovely balcony, a nice touch that added extra space to relax and take in the Palm Jumeirah views. Overall, a genuinely great experience on Palm Jumeirah. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend Dukes The Palm to other travellers looking for a clean, well-run hotel with excellent service."

"The swimming should have been built to the north of the hotel because the intensity of the sunshine makes the water too hot. Everything else about the hotel is great and their rates are the most competitive in Dubai. Among the staff, Miss Glory, Miss Aman, and Miss Nadia are outstandingly helpful, kind and welcoming professionals. I would like to thank them for such a beautiful and relaxing stay. The breakfast is delicious, the lounge is super comfortable and the bar is great. For sure I recommend this place."
