The room was great. Breakfast was very good. The only thing that was a slight snag was that the location is a little hard to get to if you rent a car. With the construction in Dubai and the fact that the garage is on a different street on the back of the hotel, it makes getting to the hotel and parking somewhat of a slight inconvenience to get t

Yes staff was nice only complaint is that unlike other hotels you have to go to the lobby to pick up anything your order like food, most other hotels bring it up for convenience especially if you are busy in business meetings

Staff at the reception and everywhere in the hotel was friendly and helpful. Around the reception are you can get coffee with dates around lunchtime. Also there’s a cafe with coffee and pastry in the hotel. The room was clean and modern and was very well cleaned. The view from my room was really bad - it was in front of another building, I had to leave curtains shut because of it and I couldn’t see the city at all. The view from the roof, however, was very nice, but it was closed too early in the evening in my opinion. I went there every morning. On top of the roof are two swimming pools (one is for children) and you can get a towel there. There are sunbeds as well. The nearest subway is around 45 minutes walking. There are many grocery shops, pharmacies and restaurants in the area. Walking to the beach La Mer is about 15 minutes. There was no VIP access and no food discount, even when I asked.
