Amazing property and a must visit

The property is beautiful with lush greenry around created by Oberois. So many beautiful spots to watch the sunset, the beach is very well maintained and cleaning daily. Overall an extremely relaxing and luxurious stay.

Amazing hotel and arguably one of the best I’ve ever stayed at in the UAE! Staff are extremely welcoming and go the extra mile, lots of greenery and we didn’t feel like we were in the desert! Room was impeccable, spa was amazing, only one dining option within the complex although the food was great! Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway

It is a great hotel and great service everybody very attentive. Just keep in mind there is nothing except the hotel and its great Beach in the area. If you play golf. I think it is a great court but we do not so enjoyed the great food, swimming pool and beach

Above average, but not as special as expected

This property can easily score 5 star reviews but I felt the service was quite aloof and lacked the warmth I expected while escaping the hustle and bustle of Dubai. I booked the hotel on the day of given the steller reviews and would have extended my stay but felt the check in staff didn't make any effort to make me feel welcome. It was off season so they could have easily upgraded given the rather empty property but instead put us in a room where there was no view of anything, and a stale smell. The room was spacious and impeccably clean and well equipped but at the other end of the hotel. The next morning at breakfast the maître d' was more dismissive than welcome. He lacked any hint of warmth and rather than making us feel welcome, he reminded us of the breakfast closing time. I felt the junior staff was quite kind and helpful but the staff with authority failed at establishing a culture of warmth at this place. It was just stale. It's a shame because the property is so beautiful and can actually be such a warm and relaxing place. This was mu first time staying at an Oberoi and I must admit I don't have any resson to return. The management really needs to spend time training their senior staff and building a culture of warmth at this hotel. Whats the point of leaving Dubai if you're gonna get the same rushed and impersonal service?

Heerlijk en rustig hotel op toplocatie aan het strand in Ajman. Uitstekende en uiterst persoonlijke service ! Prachtig zwembad (80 meter lang),2 toprestaurants, voortreffelijk a la carte ontbijt. Heel grote kamers met alle modern comfort. Een echte aanrader ! Wij komen zeker terug !

Great couple gateway close to Dubai

Really nice hotel. Went there in August/ September for a couple local gateway during COVID times. Very spacious room with nice pool/sea view and just a short taxi ride away from Dubai. Very relaxing place for a couple. Beach is very nice, better than other Ajman hotels.

Very welcoming, considerate and warm service. Spacious and nicely appointed rooms. Great pool area (pity that it’s not facing the sea though) and beach strip. Has that luxury boutique hotel feel overall. Only shortcoming was that only a single restaurant was open due to Covid capacity restrictions.
