The service was top notch, even though we didn’t receive the king bed we reserved, it didn’t matter because we were so tired from the trip. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only down side is that we missed the shuttle by a couple minutes and had to wait another hour for the next one. When you are tired and sweaty that was a very long hour wait!

This multi hotel complex involve 04 medium to high quality hotel in one single place, this time I choose the Element airport hotel (an apartments) it look new all inside with high quality, clean and tidy. Also full kitchen set and wash/dryer machine, inside the property you have a mini market with key basic things and believe me I found in this mini market the original Dubai Chocolate brand “Fix” that make my visit fully worth. Need to highlight the excellent work done from Mr Nithish in “Runway restaurant” and also for Miss Myat at element breakfast buffet. Very good quality services and guest management. By short walk you can reach at least 10 high quality restaurant nearby this complex, Chinese, Japanese, Spain, Arabic and American food

What a lovely place for a quick visit! The bed was so comfortable and the room was very spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful! This place has a cool young vibe with modern furniture and layout. I highly recommend this hotel anytime

The facilities were great, but the service was awful. Upon arrival our booking could not be found for a good 15 minutes, despite booking confirmation and ID being provided. When we were given our room number and key we weren't told which direction to go. We took the elevator to the fourth floor, only to find that our room was in fact on the other side of the connecting hotel. This was after the receptionist watched us walk in the wrong direction and didn't correct us. We ordered room service at approximately 8pm, a simple pizza order to feed two adults and two young children. By nearly 9pm it hadn't arrived and the children were ready to sleep. Upon calling reception to check where our order was, they said they would check with this restaurant. At almost 10pm it still hadn't arrived. My wife went down to enquire and was told our order had been forgotten. When it did arrive approximately 2 hours later than ordered (when the kids had already gone to sleep) it was distinctly average. The reception then phoned 10 minutes later to check how it was, waking the kids up. Not ideal when you have an early morning flight to catch. Based on the service received, I would not recommend this hotel.
