Hidden fees

very disappointing we were required to pay a large deposit in either cash or credit card and pay a fee if we used a credit card. This should be disclosed upfront. The a/c does not cool properly and took them 2 days to act as if they were addressing they never did and we were uncomfortable the entire stay no offer to adjust the price or accommodate us. Very minimal hot water in unit as well. I cannot recommend this unit do not let the view and nice furniture full you
