The hotel has excellent in house housekeeping. Rooms are comfortable and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly including housekeeping, Mohsin, Suleman, Dawood, Bilal at check in counter are excellent and exceptional, very helpful, and polite. Security staff are very friendly and polite. The hotel has excellent restaurants and breakfast facilities. Pool and gym are great, with added family for women to have Spa, sauna . Shops and restaurants are open long hours, transport is available to the beach and mall by the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Jumeira Rotana is an excellent hotel near the financial district and the airport. The staff are very attentive and deal with any query raised. The hotel has a private and secure car park. It is also off 2nd December Street, a popular shopping and restaurant area. The rooms are large with excellent facilities and all at a reasonable cost

This hotel was a value for money. You will get the service beyond the price you've paid for. I stayed for 12 nights and loved being there. I will be booking here again on my next trip to Dubai. They provide a shuttle service and great dining options for which the prices are very reasonable and you will get super discounts if you are a hotel guest.

Great experience overall. Rooms are very neat and spacious. Pool is a bit unclean and not that big. No jaccuzi as claimed. Service is perfect, breakfast is nice, overall very nice experience.

The property is a kind of old with bad smells. The breakfast was not good very limited variety. The price is very expensive comparing to property, services and the breakfast. Even the location is good for first day to go to downtown. I just stayed there three nights but very regretful to booked and paid in advance.

We stayed at Jumeirah Rotana for a week while exploring Dubai. The hotel is located near to many shops, food shops and few attractions points as well. Our room was spacious, clean and had good ventilation. Hotel staff was very friendly, professional and polite. Shoutout to Sandani who helped us with our check in. We had the room with view of Burj Khalifa, thanks Sandani. Breakfast was really nice with many different options. Thanks to the Restaurant Manager who fulfilled our request for providing alternative options for breakfast. We would have appreciated if there was an early check in option since our flight landed 6:00am and we had to check in into an expensive room because we wanted to relax after 17 hours flight. Other than this we had a comfortable stay. Thank you everyone. I would recommend Jumeirah Rotana to friends and family.

Very good value for money. We went as a family of 3 (3 year old toddler), location is excellent as it’s very central. Breakfast is average with very limited space as the restaurant is tiny, be prepared to stand a while if you go late. As someone with a toddler, this wasnt great for us. The A La Carte served in boston bar &grill is amazing and not pricey, highly recommend. We had half board and it was nice to choose between lunch or dinner, some hotels dont offer this option so this was a nice touch. We had an issue with our room and the hotel was kind enough to move us to another room same night. Many thanks to Adil and Mohsin at front reception for this. The staff at the hotel are very good and friendly, Ariful in housekeeping was kind enough to help us set up in our new room and rooms were serviced daily which is nice. Overall I was very happy and would come back again.
