Staff very good location very good 10-15 minute walk to Mall of the Emirates where you catch the Metro. Breakfast very good, staff very helpful nothing is too much trouble.

Our room had a cigarette smell for the first 48 hours. The sheet also smelled like cigarette. I contacted the front desk to change room but they wouldn’t help us. Also the coffee cups were not all cleaned and had coffee stains at the bottom.

Booked the place for 7 nights. Just when I thought everything was going good , I called the front desk so they can please heat up my food and they said no. 😢😪 I was going to extend my stay there but I did not I found a different hotel who had a kitchen in the room instead so I don’t have to ask for any favors.

Amazing hotel close to the City Centre
A newer hotel with amazing staff and rooms. We were greeted properly, and our room was amazingly clean and comfortable. the decor was modern, figuring out AC was a bit confusing but it worked at the end. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Lobby was clean and the smelled amazing, I just wanted to stay there forever. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was good, but I would have loved to see more options. More cheese and fruits, pancakes etc. walking distance to the Deira City Centre, we would definitely go back

It was a good experience to stayed in your Hotel, however lately your Water temperature drop to cold almost cant have a bath or so . And also your Balcony was Locked at all times couldn't enjoy the nice weather while sipping my warm coffee . otherwise its perfect.

3 nights stay
New hotel only about 4 months old. So everything was basically good. Excespt the shower bath concept is ok but the height to climb into the bath is ridiculous for an elderly. Also the shower screen is to narrow to have a decent shower without wetting the floor. Otherwise all good, did not try the breakfast. Close to the mall of the emirates about 8-10 mins walk.

Great hotel in a great location...
New, clean, quiet hotel, located next to Mall of the Emirates, next to the hotel there is also several shops, a pharmacy and a couple of hair salons. Rooms are clean and quiet with good internet connection, staff is very friendly. Hotel rooms are priced fairly.

Very decent hotel in al barsha
Why pay ridiculous prices for big foyers and people to open doors for you when you can get a better room at the meena plaza! I have stayed at the kempenski and it took 10 mins to walk to my room from its reception and the room was no better than at the meena plaza So use this hotel if you interested in being close to the mall of the emirates

Upon arrival the staff was not most welcoming. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. The best aspect of the stay we the helpful and attentive restaurant staff during breakfast.

I particularly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who assisted me in every way and were so helpful and friendly: particular congrats and kudos go to Maruam and Ahsan from Pakistan at the reception, and to the wonderful staff in the breakfast room. Breakfast is by the way impeccable and really good value.

Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et nous avons obtenu une chambre pour 2, obligé de partager un lit de 2 personnes pour 3 pendant 1 semaine! Et pas d'eau chaude ! eau glacée pour prendra notre douche tous les jours. wifi capricieuse. je ne recommande pas.

Нормальный район по удаленности от ключевых точек города, близко к транспортному узлу эмирейтес строй. Свежий Отель , хорошие номера. Но! Шумно - климатические установки соседних зданий гудят всю ночь, стройки вокруг практически круглосуточно,. Если бы на шумоизоляции номеров не сэкономили , было бы намного ближе проживание к идеалу

àirco in de kamer staat veel te hoog. Inchecken duurt veel te lang en bij het uit checken wordt er eerst contact opgenomen met housekeeping en die moet vervolgens gauw naar de kamer om te checken of er niets is kapot gemaakt en dan pas mag je uitchecken. Heel amateuristisch en dat gebeurt gewoon voor de ogen van de klant. Receptie medewerker was ook totaal onvriendelijk. (Pakistaanse man dacht ik).
