This is a hotel I wouuld consider flying from the US to stay in. We sadly were only on a layover so only had one night here. Everything was perfection. From the warm and friendly greeting, efficient but gracious check in, stunning lobby, beautiful room and incredible breakfast with very healthy options (and not healthy too), we absolutely loved our stay. The work-out room is well equipped and gorgeous and the Italian restaurant reminded us so many times of really good meals in Italy. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Stayed here last year also, its a lovely hotel the staff are great especially Betty in the food & beverage area and the breakfast area manager from Egypt (i forgot his name) and his staff are also great. The building stunning and the staff are great, i would def recommend and will def stay again. Also there is a train station across the road and a mall attached to the hotel so plenty to do. Def visit the Sook in the ground floor of the Wafi Mall.

This is a top notch hotel in Dubai, not of the new but it is of the best. Great staff! I think the amenities like the pool might be much more useful if they extend the hours of use, now it closes at 6pm it should be at least until 8pm that is when the weather is better for that. The breakfast and all the food in the restaurant is of the best quality

Excellent hotel, excellent staff and all were very helpful. Large and comfortable rooms. Gym and lobby also first class. Food was better that we expected and the pizza from the all day dining was some of the best we have had. Only very slight negative was the pool area, maybe slight dated in 2026, but functional all the same. 5* Raffles...

✨ An unforgettable birthday stay at Raffles ✨ I had the most amazing birthday stay at Raffles. From the moment i arrived, everything was exceptional, and the attention to detail truly made the experience so special. A very special thank you to Izabela, who went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable. She made sure every detail was perfect, from the beautiful room setup to the thoughtful birthday touches and treatment. Her kindness, care and genuine effort made me feel incredibly special and looked after. The hotel is absolutely stunning, but it was the exceptional service and personal touches that made this birthday stay truly memorable. Thank you, Raffles, and especially Izabela, for making my birthday so amazing. I can’t wait to return! ❤️
