Summary:
Welcome to my 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Downtown Dubai, just a 15-minute walk from the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Enjoy unparalleled comfort and convenience with free gym and pool access, private parking, and a 16th floor balcony offering breathtaking city views.

The apartment offers a spacious open plan dining and sitting area with satellite TV, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Dubai. Step out onto the expansive balcony to enjoy stunning views and savour your morning coffee while taking in the cityscape.

Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket, multiple supermarkets within few minute walk.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.
⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.
⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.
⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.

Could sleep at all!

“Important to Know Before Booking”If you’re considering this apartment, be aware that there is ongoing construction next to the building. The noise level is extremely high and can be unbearable, with work starting as early as 7 AM and continuing non-stop until 7 PM. Additionally, the location is not very close to a metro station, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. On the positive side, the apartment itself is clean and well-maintained.
