We stayed at the deluxe suite for a week during cny break. It was a great stay! Room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Azure beach club was nice. The wooden gym and open class area by the beach was cute. The only down side is the traffic. Cuz it is located JBR and it’s a very popular touristy area. I guess that’s a trade off if u want beach and convenience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm - unmittelbar nach dem Check-In roch es im Hotelzimmer nach Schweiss. Wir haben es sofort gemeldet, und das Personal hat gemeint, es läge an der Lüftung. Sie haben dann die Lüftung am gleichen Tag „reapriert“ - es war dann für einige Zeit besser. Am nächsten Tag hat es allerdings wieder nach Schweiss gerochen.

Unser Zimmer war ein Bungalow Haus und wir hatten einen direkten Gartenzugang und Meerausblick. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten Halbpension und die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr auswahlsreich und lecker. Chefkoch Rayager war auch sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und zum Zentrum von Poste de Flacq waren es auch nur 10-15 Minuten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Leider sind wir negativ überrascht. Die Strandanlage wurde während unseres Urlaubes erweitert. Dadurch konnten wir ab dem 3. Urlaubstag den privatstrand nicht mehr nutzen. Dieser wurde gesperrt und war nicht mehr zugänglich. Das war vor und während der Anreise nicht bekannt. Hierzu haben jegliche Informationen gefehlt. Sauberkeit ist top, das Housekeeping sind super nett und behilflich. Fragen mehrmals am Tag ob was benötigt wird. Das Essen war okay. Für die Leute die der türkischen Küche mächtig sind, waren türkische Speisen teilweise sonderbar gewürzt. Neben der türkischen Küche gab es auch die asiatische Küche (Thailand/ japanisch). Der Service im Essen Bereich war sehr langsam, eigenständig Getränke holen war nicht möglich, deshalb entstanden lange Wartezeiten bis man seine Getränke bekommen hat. Normalerweise kennen wir das so, das Getränke inkl. softgetränke im Preis enthalten sind. Softgetränke mussten grundsätzlich immer bezahlt werden, Wasser wurde zu Frühstück und Abendessen angeboten, sowie kleine Flaschen die im Hotelzimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Am Strand und Pool musste sogar Wasser bezahlt werden, hierzu muss man sagen das die Preise teuer sind. Diese Informationen sind ausgeblieben. Leider gab es eine Mitarbeiterin am Pool die trotz türkischer Sprache 2 versprochene Liegen für 15 Minuten nicht reservieren konnte und dann noch super frech wurde.

From the moment we arrived at Rixos, we knew we were in for something special—but the experience still managed to exceed our expectations in every possible way. The standout for us was the impeccable room cleaning and attention to detail. Every day, we returned to a room that looked brand new—freshly made beds, spotless bathrooms, and even small, thoughtful touches like carefully arranged toiletries, folded towels, and a perfectly organized space that made us feel genuinely cared for. The housekeeping staff clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows. It’s rare to find such consistent, high-standard cleanliness, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Beyond that, everything else about our stay was flawless. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were top-tier, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt luxurious yet welcoming. Hotel muito bom, mas está precisando de renovações pontuais. A vista do quarto é magnífica, para a Ain Dubai. Café da manhã espetacular, nunca vi um mais completo. Excelente localização, no coração de JBR. Os funcionários foram muito educados e solícitos, fizeram uma surpresa para o meu filho de 6 anos que fazia aniversário. Recomendo o hotel a todos que pretendem se hospedar em JBR.

Over all we enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement. Buffet restaurant was not up to much. Poor selection of food and the same every night. We were half board which in hindsight I think bed and breakfast would have been better. You could only use the buffet restaurant within your half board package as the other restaurants on the resort were not included or even offered to with some discount. Nor were fizzy drinks (not even one) with your meal at the buffet on half board basis were included which is quite rare Bathroom in room is starting to need some tlc as silicon is starting to mould and the fittings were loose Couple of the reception members were not as friendly as some more so one in particular. I do not appreciate my child being looked at as though she does not belong there when we are just as good as paying guests as the rest. Kids club was lacking in enthusiasm with early closures and no entertainment for kids on an evening. Restaurants/bars were limited on evenings if you have children which is a shame and a loss to the hotel really especially when there is no evening entertainment for families. Pool sun loungers were increasingly hard to find as the week went on. I would suggest more beds or if there is an adults only pool, which there was, you then a rule is brought in for adults only to be in that area rather taking up spaces in the family pool. The pool closed fairly early too which a lot of people were disappointed about. Shame really

Ihave been in dubai 10 times in different hotel. That was our first time and rixos. And i dont think i will go to any other hotel from now on. The rixos was absolutely the best hotel we have ever being in. From the front dest to the pool to the cleaning crow. The place was unreal. We will see you soon again thanks for the great hospitality.
