Terrible host representative

For the address Jbr standard, the apartment is not good, not clean as it should be, a lot of details missing, no shower gel, hair everywhere even on the bed and the dining table. The host representative was late and so rude, internet issues… However the facilities and the hotel side is very good.
Stayed 1 night in Apr 2025
