Property description is flawed

The only way this property sleeps six is three to a bed! The dishes, cups and cutlery is barely enough for three. The owner’s communication was awful, and I had to dispute the charge for the damage deposit in order to get my deposit back. The porch table pictured has no top, we could never get the stove to work, and there was a burn hole in the sofa that we had to photograph upon check in. The location was amazing, but the upstairs neighbors tap danced through the wee hours of the night. Not good value for money.

The property is great, in a fabulous location and fantastic neighbour hood but reception of host or staff for check in needs improvement. There needs to be transparency and clarity given the ample of time the holiday was booked for to avoid the last minute rush of over bearing demands. Thus putting pressure and stress for a holiday meant for enjoyment into frustration. Other than the initial stressor, it was a good experience with the friendliness of people in Dubai thus compensating for the initial stressor on check in.
