Experience luxury waterfront living at its finest! Situated in the W
Residences on the sought-after Western Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, this
4-bedroom apartment is in one of the best locations in the world.
Surrounded by water on all sides, enjoy breathtaking views of the
Arabian Gulf, Dubai’s iconic skyline, and the Dubai Marina.
The space
The apartment has been newly renovated and no expense has been spared.
Open living spaces with full floor-to-ceiling glass windows highlight
beautiful views of the sea and the Dubai skyline beyond.
Four luxurious bedrooms, all with king-size beds and en suite
bathrooms, will ensure you get a good night's rest. The apartment has
two lounges (one for kids and one for adults), as well as a 5th bedroom
with two single beds, which can be used as a children's or servant's
bedroom. A generous balcony runs alongside the living area, offering
show-stopping views of the Arabian Gulf.
Additional amenities include the use of the communal pool and gym of
the W Residences including:
- Infinity Pool
- Fully Serviced Beach
- Tennis Court
- Gym
- Kids Play area
- Club House Restaurant
Guest access
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost, if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that you will automatically be charged The Dubai Tourism
Tax when making a reservation.
We are very happy to accommodate a same day check in. Kindly note: If
the booking is made at 2pm or thereafter, please allow us, up to 60
