Loveeee the location of this property it’s inside the Dubai mall you don’t have to go outside. Perfect if you mainly plan to go to Dubai mall. The rooms were very clean and management is very responsive to requests. However they do not have any units with twin beds

If you want to stay at the heart of Dubai with a fabulous view just at the toes of Burj Khalifa and walk in to the iconic Dubai Mall, then this is the place for you. Its worth every penny !!!

The room was very dilapidated and the furniture was old and damaged. Cleanliness was not of good quality. The bathroom, all its accessories, are damaged and broken. The floor is very, very rickety and you can easily pull out the threads of the mattress. There are renovated rooms, but they are only given to those who book through their website or contact the coordinators only.

That hotel is super old the room was filthy and the fridge was disgusting dirty and moulds was everywhere the only thing is the location and few other ways stay away

Not a Hotel. No service. Only Room
It’s not a Hotel. No one is there for service. We won’t get any service. No front desk. No one is there to share if we have any problems related to staying. There are lots of hotels in Dubai at better rates. If you need anything there is only god to ask. Not suitable for stay. No restaurants or grocery store near by except the Dubai Mall. We have to get food from the mall all the time.

Just be aware before you book
This is not a separate hotel, it’s a company operating some of the main hotels in the area. The location itself is a plus, being located inside the Dubai mall, however the services there are not as expects. The room is treated as apartments offered by rental companies which has: - no daily house keeping - no breakfast Instead they’ll ask you to pay if you want your room to be cleaned.. they called me after I payed full amount to pay additional cleaning fee and tourism fee which they claim that the website has dropped .. that was fine, but after I asked: why my room hasn’t been cleaned at all? They mentioned that I only paid for a “one time clean” which is after I leave! I got really irritated for paying for a service that I’m not using!
