"First, I've stayed at this hotel multiple times before and even recommended it to a friend who had a just as bad experience as I did. After checking and entering the room, the A/C unit's front plastic piece fell off with the slightest touch. Second, the latch on the door was useless due to it having a screw loose, so that if something were to happen, it would not even keep my kids or me safe. Second I believe the wholw in the wall was for a fire alarm that wasntnin there."
