Our room was very clean with a nice, modern and sleek bathroom. Big enough room compared to generally small European hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable although my pillow was hard and made my neck hurt. But this is just a minor issue for me. Their breakfast buffet had very good selections. John at the bar was great and poured the perfect Black and Tan for a nightcap. There is a convenience store or what they call the “petrol garage” next to the hotel as well as a cute café around the corner. Very convenient public transportation by the hotel. Bus stop right outside and a short walking distance to the Booterstown train station. There is a coach bus from the airport that stops right by the hotel. We took a taxi going back to the airport (for our return flight back to the US) which the front desk staff arranged for us. A very nice, comfortable and convenient stay overall. Highly recommend.

The room was never properly cleaned or restocked (coffee, body wash, face clothes, etc.). There is an ice machine on the floor but they don't provide ice buckets?! The reception rarely answer the phone when we called down (several times). The bed and pillows were good, and the DART train is close which is great. There is also a great ocean view from the rooms with windows that open so you can enjoy the sea air (unfortunately our windows were dirty both inside and outside). The front desk night staff were lovely and helpful, the day staff and management less so.

We booked 6 rooms for our group when we were in town to see the NFL Dublin game. Really great hotel and very easy access to the city centre on the DART or bus. Airport express picked us up right outside the hotel for our flights home. Hotel has all the amenities you need and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights on business. Staff were really friendly and helpful even when asked something out of the ordinary. Room was really comfortable and well equipped. Ate in the bar/restaurant both nights. Good was as expected for this type of hotel. Only a small choice but was of a good standard. Would definitely recommend for a Dublin stay. Bus stop right outside and 15 mins to centre of the city

Leider hat es im Hotelflur vor unserem Zimmer einen unangenehmen Geruch gehabt. Der Zimmerservice kam jeden Tag, allerdings wurde teilweise das Bett nicht gemacht und obwohl wir 4 Personen im Zimmer waren erhielten wir nur 3 Wasser. Die Teetassen wären leider immer dreckig. Leider ist die angepriesene Bar unterirdisch und es konnten obwohl genügend Alkohol vorhanden war kein Cocktail gemixt werden, da angeblich die Zutaten gefehlt haben. Der bestellte Dessertteller zum Geburtstag wurde leider nicht wie bestellt auf das Zimmer gestellt, was wir sehr schade fanden. Gerade von anderen Sternehotels sind wir besseres gewöhnt. Die rezeption ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück ist ok aber leider auch hier teilweise große Probleme. Die löffel und tassen waren aus und wurden erst nach nachfrage aufgefüllt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok wir würden für diesen Preis aber nicht nochmal in das Hotel fahren.

Leider war das Housekeeping nicht gut. Die Betten wurden schlampig gemacht und die Dusche/ das Waschbecken innerhalb einer Woche nicht gereinigt. Das ist sehr schade, da sonst das Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstücke extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker gewesen.
