Did like the room and location Didn’t like the FREEZING shower the water did not come hot at all. Also the tv didn’t work it stayed on but no signal and channel unavailable

Reasonable price and nice clean rooms. Rooms had great coffee and great options for plugging in and charging devices. Staff was very friendly but not always there.

We like the property, very big room, the only thing is the wash sink is in the sleeping room area which is strange for brushing teeth, wash hands after been to toilet thats just my personal view. Whoever designed this room could have fit the sink in the same room with the toilet n shower. The bed was very comfortable, oh if you are taking bus make sure you have the right amount of cash the bus doesn’t take card n won’t give you change too.

Nice safe location. Bit like an AirB&B concept with key safe and access code entry. Found the double room exceptionally small, literally no room to swing a cat. Sink in room not ideal, large shower, but leaked over the floor.

The self check in and out was really convenient. Really close to public transit to take you to the city center. Very nice room with tons of towels, pillows, toilet paper, etc. Great stay!

None of the plugs in the room worked so couldn’t use the hairdryer or charge my phone or watch tv. Made coffee downstairs. It was very inconvenient. Room clean and nice.

Our room was double booked for the night we reserved and they did nothing to compensate or help us find another place to stay. would not recommend.

Good location and parking. When I had a question someone was readily available. Would have been convenient to have the information ahead of the time they sent. I don’t have wifi all the time and couldn’t access the information. Also, the room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. The carpet had stuff all over it and it’s pretty stained. Have more towels available.
