Wonderful stay! Had a layover in Dublin and wanted to stay close to the airport. I enjoyed a delicious dinner at a local restaurant - The Old School House. Sharon was very helpful and accommodating.

Sharon was the perfect hostess. We had a problem earlier in the trip that required special assistance and Sharon was kind, compassionate and caring. She made the best breakfast and homemade muffins and breads. She booked us a taxi and gave us helpful information on where to go and what to see while in Swords. Without hesitation, I would recommend Rathview House.

You will love this!

It was wonderful to come to this sweet host - a place where you can really relax! Very nice and comfortable rooms, and lovely host. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Even the jam is homemade! I highly can recommend this B&B! Swords is a very cosy town.

I would have liked fresh milk in the room for my morning cup of tea but since there was no fridge I guess that’s impractical. Everything else was superb.

Excellent Location and Lovely Hospitality

We had a very comfortable stay at Rathview House, and felt kindly welcomed by its hostess, Sharon. We slept very well in our peaceful, quiet room, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. We appreciated the convenience of a location near the airport, while the neighborhood itself was quiet and within walking distance of a great restaurant/pub where we enjoyed dinner and live music.

It was meticulously clean, and had so much attention to detail, like toiletries and many other thoughtful touches, The breakfast was fresh and heavenly. The hostess Sharon is attentive, charming and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely BnB experience.

Sharon is as warm and energetic host who makes you feel welcome and at home straight away.The breakfasts are lovely, and if you have special requirements she is more than happy to accommodate you, so let her know. The Swords area has some nice places to eat and things to do and is close enough to the airport for an early flight. The room and the ensuite, we were in was a little small for two, but it had everything you'd need and was very comfortable. The heating (given our stay was in February :-) )and other comforts of the place were ample. I'm not usually a bnb person but if you are you will love this place and Sharon, as she takes great pride in providing the best experience to her guests.

An excellent B&B

Would recommend this B&B very highly. Sharon ,the host, went out of her way to make sure the stay was a comfortable one without being in any way intrusive The room was comfortable, warm and spotless. The breakfast room was also spotless and the breakfast delicious. If you are looking for ultra modern, clinical the .Rathview is not for you. But if you want comfort, cleanliness hospitality and good food, then don’t pass it! PS just a small point and nothing to do with the host, but the price I reserved it at on Hotels.com was not the price quoted at the guesthouse. It was still good value but just be aware of this.

Best place we stayed during our trip. Breakfast was superb. Owner was extremely organized and helpful. She prepared a little special breakfast for us when we had to leave very early in the morning.
