Good hotel! Right above a very busy bar and the walls were thin! Luckily both of us are heavy sleeper because the music was going on past 2 in the morning really loud. We were in room 110 so if you cant sleep through noise then you should ask to change rooms. Besides that it’s a good hotel and very affordable.

bit of a dodgy area, staff were insanely friendly and accommodating! would definitely stay here again!
There was loud music and bass playing almost the entire night so we woke up multiple times. The staff was sweet but the accomodation itself was not quite what expected for that price. It was also really hot and the small fan provided helped to cool the room only a little.

Great central location but you get what you pay for. Room is basic but everything worked as it should (I needed the shower on top form when I did and it certainly was!) and the bed was quite comfortable. The place overall is a bit maze like and could be a bit cleaner but for the price (€55 albeit with a voucher), it did the job.
Old and tired but very clean and very central location cannot be better right in the center. Great value but remember it's not the ritz.

Excellent location, very nice hotel. Clean and quite
As soon as I walked in, the guy at the front desk was giving off weird vibes. As I was signing the check-in paperwork, he stared creepily for a little too long and asked me if I was traveling alone. I felt the need to lie because I was beginning to feel unsafe and my internal alarm bells were going off.
The room itself was fine, nothing fancy. The 3 steps up to the bathroom were quite rickety, but otherwise it had the basic necessities. The heat was on way too high in the whole building. I had to keep the windows open just so I wouldn’t sweat all night, even though the temperature was in the low 60’s outside. The room did not have a proper lock. Yes, the main latch that opens with the key was in place, but there was no deadbolt and what looked to be a second lock didn’t actually work. After dealing with the creep at reception, I had to jam a chair in front of the door just to feel safe enough to fall asleep. This hotel has potential and is in a very central location, but safety is important in a city like Dublin and all I was really looking for in my short stay. Having a staff member leer at single female travelers and asking creepy questions is not the way to get people to return or recommend it to others.

The room was very hot and despite not needing it, we could not close the one window. The staff were kind and the location and value was worth it for us.

The rom itself was fine, though the bathroom floor covering had a large hole in it. The hallway, stairs and reception are like travelling back in time - creaky, very stained old carpets. These areas are not shown in this listing. Misleading. It was very overpriced for the standard. If you do stay, ask for a room away from the noise, as it is above a nightclub, and rooms at the back are above a gigantic beer garden.
Staff - absolutely lovely and helpful. Let us store our bags for the day.
Very helpful, professional and friendly staff, Dilky goes above and beyond offering enhanced customer service. Great value hotel, comfortable bed and shower, excellent location

Clean, nice size, big beds, and friendly staff. A bit run down in terms of carpet, locks, and doors but the location is amazing.

Perfectly situated for the Aircoach stops in O’Connel Street. Clean, basic, friendly staff, good breakfast just around the corner from the hotel’s entrance. This is what you need for a few days in Dublin.
