This is a spacious three-bedroom apartment located just above Ploce gate, offering a pleasant atmosphere within 1-2 minute walk from Old Town, Dubrovnik. The apartment’s large terrace with dining area and BBQ provides relaxation just opposite of beautiful Fort Revelin at the eastern entrance of the town.


The property features 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, a family bathroom, extra toilet and a spacious dining/living room with a dining table for six. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The terrace which is surrounded with Mediterranean plants offers a perfect place to sit and relax. Hedera A27 doesn't have a private parking place. Public parking is available on the street above with the additional charge. Amenities include: A/C (all rooms), SAT-TV, LCD TV, Wireless Internet, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, BBQ, washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer.

The Old city is just within short walking distance. The famous Banje beach, supermarket, ATM and restaurants are all within 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. There are two ways to reach the apartment, from an upper road walking 15 steps down, or from the bottom road walking 50 steps up.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
