Dubrovnik location close to everything

Modern apartment with a nice location. Uber to Old Town less than 10 Euros. Walkable area with many restaurants nearby. Wish they had a coffee maker but everything else was nice. Instant coffee and hot water was available.

Beautifully appointed apartment amongst new development. Had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Very easy walk to the bus stop, which will take you to all sights to be seen. Small walkable grocery store, with another much larger one a quick bus ride. We walked to the beach (15mins) from the Apartment. Owners were wonderful - we would stay here again without hesitation.

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Wir hatten alles was man brauchen kann. Das Gebäude ist neu (im Aufzug steht 2019, wenn ich mich nicht irre), die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Es gibt große Dusche, zwei WC, zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit der Küche und Balkon, und kleines Raum mit der Waschmaschine. Klimaanlagen gibt es in jedem Zimmer. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem. Man bekommt drei Handtücher pro Person. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und macht sogar Eiswürfel. Die Lage ist gut, dort ist es ruhig, aber in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß kann man den Strand erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle von Bus 6 zur Altstadt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kontaktperson ist sehr nett. Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen, das ist eine von den Besten Unterkünfte, die ich je gesehen habe. Eine Kleinigkeit: WLAN war sehr langsam, aber wir haben den Vermieter nicht geboten, das Problem zu lösen, da wir uns ohne sozialen Netzwerken erholen wollten. Deswegen weiß ich nicht, ob das ständig so oder nur gab es ein technisches Problem.
