"This place looked great on paper but there were a number of issues that caused me great consternation.
My first night I lacerated a toe on my right foot because there is a wooden cover in the bedroom that has sharp edges and did not have any padding to protect against injury.
There was no information sheet or binder that you would typically find in a vacation rental with information about how to use everything at the property along with tips on restaurants, shops, places of interest, Etc
The cooktop was not intuitive and extremely difficult to figure out.
The first time that I tried to replace the shower hose into the shower head holder the holder fell off the wall and nearly broke my foot. The owner instead of apologizing accused me of yanking the shower head holder out of the wall when the reality is it was only held in place by a couple of tiny Allen style screws and not threaded like a normal shower head.
The kitchen is extremely tiny and difficult to work in. So even though it was well stocked as far as pots, pans, dishes Etc the space for even a small person like myself who is only 5 foot 6 in tall and 145 lb was incredibly confining.
The heating and air conditioner unit was very loud even on the lowest fan setting.
The window coverings were thin sheer curtains that did not block out the light so I was awakened by the sunrise at 5:30 a.m. everyday. Overall a very disappointing experience"
