The hotel’s location is lovely and very well situated. However, the property would benefit from some updates and attention to detail. In particular, the carpets appear dated and could be refreshed or replaced with alternative flooring. Additionally, a warmer and more welcoming approach from the breakfast staff would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The last time I was in Dubrovnik, I stayed at the Hilton which is more centrally located. The Rixos was a much better place to stay. The rooms are bigger with better amenities. The views are incredible. It is only a 20-30 walk along the sea to the Old Town. The food was excellent. A totally enjoyable ...
