「The staff and cleanliness are so great! Staff are friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and relaxing. 」

「The room was clean but it had a strong air freshener smell. I believe those products to be toxic and do not like the in my living space. I could still smell/taste the air freshener for a couple of hours after leaving the hotel. I am trying to keep all toxins out of my body so this isn't a place I would choose to stay again although it was a nice place.」

「The mini home was spotless and I liked that they have contactless check in. There was no need to stop at the office I had everything that I needed in the email that they sent me. They even text me to be sure I had all the information that I needed. 」

「The home had everything we needed and more! Great location, lots of parking, cool miracle beds, and it even had an air fryer! 」

「This was the second time staying at Hope Acres. I loved it the first time. The second time was not so smooth. There was a red fire alert and we were not notified. We were not able to use the bbq or the fire pit. I felt like the host should have let us know in advance. Also I tried to call the host because I was not notified of the specific camp grounds and I never received a call back. The garbage’s were full and the outhouse we were supposed to use was also gross and full. 」

「Home was fine. Had a pipe burst less than 40 hours before we arrived... Carpets were a bit wet and there was a musty, mildew smell. Host was very communicative and up-front about the issue... offered to fully refund, but we were too close to our trip to make different arrangements. I would still recommend this home. Should be totally fine once the host has an opportunity to clean it fully.」
