"This is a beautiful property, with rooms that are very clean and comfortable. There is a fireplace in every bedroom which made it extra cozy. The front desk workers are all excellent! Andrew and Ivan went above and beyond for my family. Andrew helped me before I even checked in, with a billing issue, he was great! The pool and spas were a great touch, as well as the saunas. There is also a small game room that has pool, air hockey, ping pong and foosball. We spent some time in there which was nice with the kids. You can go into their library and play a board game and check out DVDs. Overall I was very pleased with our visit and the staff. We will definitely be back! PS give the front desk staff raises! They truly care about their customers and it shows!"

"Exceeded my expectations! Was a wonderful place to stay for my first trip to Zion! Very comfortable cozy rooms which are basically an apartment/condo. Plenty of places within walking distance especially Zion national park. To catch the shuttle busses. Great general store right next to the lodge as well as restaurant. Will definitely be staying here again! Very clean and quiet rooms. The view is amazing as well. "

"The room was clean, the supplied amenities were nice, the bed was comfortable, and it’s in a quiet location. They’ve also been seemingly recently renovated which made the rooms a bit more on the modern side which I enjoyed. The staff was super nice and made sure I knew I could text their number at any time if I needed anything. It’s also right in the middle of Springdale surrounded by restaurants and shops, but not too far from the park entrance. Overall, it made the trip to Zion wonderful!"

"Stayed 2 nights while visiting Zion Park, Very convenient to the shuttle, dining and shopping. Hotel staff were very accommodating, laundry facilities where above average. Beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and very good. Would definitely recommend."
