What a great deal for what you get. It is clean and well maintained. It is close to the village where you can get things you need and has different restaurants. There are so many adventuring things to do nearby.
This place is way cute, this wasn’t the first time we rented this it’s super cozy and nice. Has a great view of the village across the street. Super easy to find, way clean.
We have stayed at many VRBO. This was great, but had the worst pillows to sleep on of anywhere we've ever been. Bring your own pillow and it will be perfect!

Cute condo
This was a cute condo, simple yet it has everything we needed and was close to a place if you needed something. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! I would totally recommend this place and I am going to be staying here again soon.
Cozy 3 bedroom condo in Duck Creek Village. Surprised by the elevation change and the ride to the nearest city, Cedar Break, for groceries was quite a steep decent and climb back up! Duck Creek is a small village located in a wonderful pine forest. We only stayed a couple of nights but enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you need to cook a nice meal. Big comfortable couch for watching a movie and relaxing.
This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was prefect for us. We were able to visit Zion one day and Bryce Canyon the next, each less than an hour away. Duck Creek area was great too! A couple places to eat, convenient store and gas all right across the street. Thank you Bonnie for sharing your lovely home.

Beautiful condo
The property was kind of hard to find initially but it was a beauty. It was as nice as the online listing. The only bad thing was that the cooking pans were in real bad shape. The location is approximately 1 hour from Bryce. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great, beautiful place to stay!
We stayed at this cabin/condo for 3 nights in June. It was beautiful to wake up and see the quaint little village across the street and the breathtaking views. The place was nice, clean, spacious and had all the amenities of home! If you want the 'feel' of roughing it, with cable tv, warm beds, a hot shower and a beautifully decorated condo - this is the place for you! Be sure to eat at the wonderful cafe across the street! We had breakfast there every morning and dinner there after returning from Bryce canyon each night. The entire trip was amazing and we are so glad we chose this location to stay! Enjoy your trip too!
Stayed here while visiting national parks. Close to Zion and Bryce Canyon , as well as Cedar Breaks and The North Rim. The unit was clean and plenty of room. Could use some dressers on the bedroom for clothes storage. Nice views from two of the bedrooms across the valley. Watch out for the mule deer along the highway. We came in from the South, and stopped at Walmart in Page for supplies. Duck Village is convenient and Hot Mama’s pizza is pretty good, but a little pricey. would definitely stay again.
It's a bargain, but not fancy. A good pitstop if you want to go off-roading. The host was quick to respond to my messages. One of the "bedrooms" isn't legally a bedroom because it doesn't have a closet or a window. The grill is the kind you find at the park. The amenties listed a spa but there wasn't any spa.
I’d never been to Duck Creek before. Our condo was super close to Duck Creek and Aspen-Mirror Lake. Our adult children and grandchildren stayed next door. We fished all three days and my husband caught and released almost 30 fish the 2 days we spent at AspenMirror Lake. Our condo was comfy and we enjoyed the fire pit right outside our places at night. Our only complaint is the washer in our unit was quiet noisy, the traffic on the road below could get loud, but not always, as it is a very small town. Our unit was missing a wine bottle opener, but all in all a very fun stay.
Initially, we had a difficult time finding the property as everything around us was buried in snow. A bit of a challenge navigating the muddy driveway from all of the snow runoff. Also pretty slick going down or trying to come back up early in the morning when it was frozen. The condo itself was extremely comfortable with most everything we needed. Could have used a wine bottle opener; we borrowed one from the neighbor. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the dvd player. Good access in either direction to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Overall a great experience!

Very hard to find
There was no street sign and Hillside inn is behind the Inn, if it was in front then it was covered by snow. It was very far from Brice and Zion national park but we know that is our fault for not doing more research. The kitchen was poorly stocked with pans that were very poor quality. The light over the sink did not work. There was one washcloth for a 4 day stay and the toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever felt.

Adequate lodging convenient to our destinations.
There is no cell service in the area and depending on when you visit, the only land line available is at the atv rental place across the street. They were a great help when the door code to the condo wouldn’t work. The phone in the condo did not work. There is WiFi so we could contact family by messenger but it was a hassle. Also, all the smoke detectors were missing. Made landlord aware but she never responded back. Hopefully this was fixed immediately. To be on the safe side, suggest you take your own for a safe stay.
(Note: If renting during winter months Dec-March make sure to have a vehicle thats All wheel drive, 4x4, snow tires or chains accessible. ) Wish we knew before renting and to avoid having to leave early due to snow storm. House was good for us. Make sure you take your own toilet paper/Napkins and laundry soap if stay more than 2-3days. They provide limit amounts and Laundry soap is only for their linens. There are some condiments left from other guest. Check whats there before buying more of the same. Cons: pans in desperate upgrade ( bacon should not stick to them), tv needs upgrading to a Smart one. (after our hikes would have been nice to be able to what our shows and not have hard time with satellite), no refunds due to storms (sometimes as a courtesy or credit would be nice so guest can want to return). Overall the stay was good.
