「How to begin? So many things wrong! Poor services and front desk take forever to answer the phone. Also, the front desk has no customer service politeness. The first night was a disaster! When I was putting away the trash under the sink a big cockroach said “hello” to us! The apartment desired cleanliness, especially the floors, very dusty and crawling little bugs. The bathrooms were missing hand soap. The kitchen was missing kitchen towels, stove mitten. The first 2 days was useless calling the...

「What a great place. Clean room, nice pool. They have bikes and kayaks included in the stay. They also have a boat ramp and dock. Everything was easy and perfect 👌」

「All good! People need to understand the ocean seaweed and smell is uncontrollable by the hotel. We lived that they had kayaks to take out, beach volleyball, hammocks and a kid playground; all that we adults could sit outside the room and supervise the kids. Also pool was nice and clean. Will be back and next time with the boat!」
