“Location was great which is why we chose it, but, unfortunately it is really a dump. No amenities to speak of. Had to ask for a wastebasket. Only one towel. There were two of us. No Kleenex or cups. Floor and closet had some debris on it. Closet was bare walls that someone started to paint. Paint drips on the floor. Bed was ok. On the soft side, but comfortable. Pillows were terrible. Two pillows stuffed in one pillowcase to make a pillow. Lumpy and hard. I guess you get the idea! Would not……

“Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!”

“Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. The mini fridge was lukewarm at best so that was disappointing for our drinks being warm for the following full day of games. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were decent. “For others’s planning to book here, there’s a reason it’s cheap besides it being a motel and not a hotel. When I did arrive there, there was a double shooting that happened 2 hrs before. My girlfriend and I did decided to cancel after the night passed since we didn’t feel safe but we did get refunded for the stay we booked. Staff was understanding since it was a rare occurrence but was told later by family members that it is a shady place to stay. Another thing, room doesn’t quite look like the……

“This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay……
