“We had a wonderful stay in this mountain cabin. It has all the comforts of home (good beds, great shower, internet, Netflix, Prime and DirecTV) and it’s pet friendly. I had some questions when I was there and the owner responded immediately and she was very nice and helpful. There’s no cell service but you can text or email. We’ll be returning to the area again and we plan to stay there. ”

“This location was perfect for our visit to a Springville wedding. Comfortably accommodated our group with three bedrooms and roomy kitchen. It offered a patio with plenty of seating, and a dining table, with a beautiful view and decorative outside lighting. The WIFI was great and TV had lots of options. A side note, the stairwell didn't fully extend to the upper floor so if you have older/younger folks you'd need to be careful. The host was very communicative and responsive. We would highly……

“The house is very well equipped, clean and very comfortable. I would certainly recommend it. If there is one thing I might recommend changing, it's the marshmallow mattress in the main bedroom. Otherwise it was perfect for us.”

“We loved staying at The Ranch! It's a beautiful property, very relaxing and had all the amenities you could ever want. My only suggestion would be to have a regular coffee pot (Mr. Coffee type so you can brew 8-12 cups at a time). We drink a lot of coffee in the morning and it's a bit of a pain to have to use those little Kureg cups all the time. Other than that it was wonderful. Will receommend this property to friends for sure.”

“This was a lovely place to stay at the end of a long day of work. The owner had the fans and AC on upon arrival so the house was a comfortable temperature, and left the outdoor lights on for us in case we checked in at dark. There's a full kitchen with just about everything you can think of. The house was cozy and super clean. Would definitely stay here again if work brings me back to the area. ”

“A group of 4 of us spent a weekend in Porterville. This was the 2nd time we stayed here. The host was very responsive (ie we’d asked for a drip coffee set-up last time, and this time it was right there with filters and ground coffee!) I recommend it for the quiet, space, and comfort.”

“Cute little place to stay that was affordable and near a local wedding venue. My only bit to improve upon is lighting the entrance for guests once the sun goes down. Otherwise it’s very quaint and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend going to visit The Giant Sequoia Park when visiting! ”
