This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. There was a pile of moldy rotten wood and trash bags next to the front door upon arrival and active construction in one of the bedrooms. 「The location is perfect as it’s close to shops and walkable area. I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and cute space. Only issue I had was my dog escaped through part of the fence that was not low enough to the ground. Luckily, it isn’t a super busy street so it was okay. Aside from that, it was a perfect space for our little retreat. Will definitely be back again.」

「We spent three wonderful days at this Modern House in the Sequoia National Forest, and it absolutely deserves five stars. 「I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them」
