“We arrived at the property and left within 30 minutes due to unacceptable cleanliness conditions. We immediately contacted the Host to request a full refund, which was escalated to Expedia/Vrbo. The unit was not clean upon arrival. The floors were visibly dirty, and the kitchen contained a used, dried-out sponge in the sponge holder along with “clean” dishes left on the counter. The bathroom was also in poor condition.The toilet paper was nearly depleted, with one roll left on the toilet and……

“The host was very kind and very helpful. Cabin was both beautiful and clean. Had the best birthday weekend there.”

“The location is perfect as it’s close to shops and walkable area. I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and cute space. Only issue I had was my dog escaped through part of the fence that was not low enough to the ground. Luckily, it isn’t a super busy street so it was okay. Aside from that, it was a perfect space for our little retreat. Will definitely be back again.”

“I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them”

“Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.”
