「Our passcode to lock/unlock the door was not working and we had to call them often. There is no security or alarms. Very dark and secluded area. We had a stranger knock on door then police stopped and asked us as he was involved in an incident. After me calling owner to let them know we felt unsafe and were leaving with 2 days left on booking they NEVER EVEN OFFERED A REFUND!! Do not book here with family. 」

「Cozy for sure...perfect for our family to enjoy all the seasonal activities in the nearby towns. It's obvious that the hosts have thought of every little detail. We really enjoyed the extra snacks & coffee bar. Historic Goldsboro is a quaint town, definitely worth checking out if you're in the area; and, the Cozy Boho Cottage is a great place for you to relax while visiting the area.」

「I booked this place because I needed a kitchen to cook in for my father in laws funeral. The host was great and very accommodating. The kitchen accessories were endless! I was so glad there was a mini blender and all. Ample counter space and the stove was amazing! Overall this home served its purpose and I was very pleased! 」
