Beautiful view of the Lake

Aurelian was the Mgr of the vacation rental, he was super helpful, even helping us sort out a problem with our rental car.

Appartment in Duingit

We thought this appartment was in a great location, easy safe parking, lift to make a 1st floor appartment user friendly. I read comments about road noise before we went and yes there is road noise because you are so close to the lake and that is where people drive. It`s well worth the small inconvenience. The veiw from the room is spectacular. We took our dog and the place was ideal. It is really busy closer to Annecy but Duingit is less so and a great place to base yourself when exploring the around the lake. You have everything you need to hand and although not pristine it`s good enough for the money.

The Appartement has a really beautiful sea view and Aurelien the host is always very friendly and helpful.Anyhow, the Appartement ist in no good condition. It was definitely not clean, the bed was broken. The balcony is unsaved. From my point of view it has to be closed.The whole building and the Appartement needs renovations.

Prachtig huis direct aan het meer, mooi gelegen in Duingt, de parel van het meer!

Het was een prachtig huis met twee balkons, direct aan het meer! Goed bed, hele huis is sfeervol ingericht. Op korte afstand van supermarkt en bakker (mooie wandeling er naartoe) Grotere supermarkt is in het dorp St. Jorioz. Annecy is op 12 km afstand, ook leuk om te bekijken is Talloires!

Pour un séjour paisible hors saison

La résidence est très calme, l'appartement globalement bien équipé et propre. La vue est très agréable. Nous avons loué début janvier donc à voir, aux beaux jours, s'il est possible d'apprécier la terrasse malgré la proximité de la route et du trafic. Petit commerce de dépannage et arrêt de bus à 10 min à pieds pratiques pour les personnes non véhiculées. Conciergerie très accueillante et disponible. Rapport qualité prix très discutable en janvier. A voir en pleine saison 😉. Bon séjour.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé avec un parking. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement le concierge pour son accueil, sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse. La proximité avec le lac en fait un emplacement de choix pour de jolies balades. Nous reviendrons avec nos deux chiens , c’est certain !
