“The location, view, and overall setup of the place was fabulous. The checkin was not great as "slightly to the left" was not such a precise instruction to find the exact unit within the building. Including a picture of the apartment building, and the unit door or at least the text "CABANA" that the door reads would be extremely helpful. The front of the unit, when entering, stank like sweat. Otherwise, the interior decoration was nice with the local Annecy artwork and the kitchen was fully……

“Our stay was very nice, the place is very clean. Our check-in process was very bad and communication with the staff/team was really poor. Overall, it was more expensive than it should have been, not worth the price for me personally.”

“The location is magnificent, there are no other words for it. The apartment itself however is run down. A lot of things are broken or nearly broken (bed, shower, gate to lake and fridge/freezer). If one pays more than € 400,- a night one could expect a level of comfort which this apartment does NOT provide!”

On recommande !”

“I stayed at this apartment in Duingt with my family of 4. The view of the lake is incredible and the apartment has everything you need with the exception of air conditioning. We were lucky to be there between two major heat waves but the day time temperature was still quite warm (29-30C), so sleeping at night was a challenge. You can get a good breeze coming through the apartment which helps alot, but at night there are no screens so you tend to get some harmless bugs coming into the……

“The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included. Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others. We……
