"The initial staff member at the desk for our check-in was very professional and knowledgeable. The room was excellent and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the morning desk staff was very pleasant. The airport shuttle driver was helpful and very pleasant also. On my next trip to Washington DC I will definitely stay here again. "Hot tub only got up to 90 degrees. Bathroom faucet was too short for the sink, so every time I put my hands under it, water would flood onto the countertop. Toilet paper is ultra cheap and has just about the same consistency as confetti. I recommend buying your own Tp when staying here, as I had to do. Outside of all that, it was a nice establishment. I would rate it as slightly substandard for a mid-range comfort hotel. "

"This is just as solid a hotel choice as you can make in the area. We loved it for what it was. Comfortable, spacious, friendly staff, quiet, convenient, and accommodating of our needs for a base for our stay in Virginia. We had family stay at a major resort nearby, as there was a wedding we were attending nearby. We felt like the smart ones that stayed here instead of being held hostage at a remote resort. Nothing was bad about this place for us. The free buffet may not have been the best food ever, but it was fine and matches my experience with other free buffets. "
