Check in lady was less then friendly. Made you feel like you were bothering her. Didn't mention you have to use the room key to get on the elevator. Force on 5th Avenue Hotel
Hotel and staff were excellent. Room was cute and spacious. But multiple problems with the tv and streaming services.
