The Brix is such a beautiful space to stay while visiting Duluth. The location was perfect for our short weekend in Canal Park. The space itself is a total dream, beautifully finished and clean. Amenities are great and the hosts are very accommodating. It was a total joy staying here. Highly recommend it!!

Perfect place for a family gathering!

The property looked exactly like the pictures showed! It exceeded our dreams of a wonderful time spent with siblings and many memories were made. We were in walking distance of many restaurants, stores, waterfront and we enjoyed watching the ships come in!

Very Wonderful

Immaculate apartment. We could have been the first guests. Incredible coffee bar. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in showers. Only downside is we didn’t have much time to be in the condo. Very convenient location. Great views through many windows.

This is a hidden gem!

I would recommend this place to everyone. Duluth itself is beautiful, so many places to hike and just wonder at the beauty of nature, but coming home to this STUNNING condo was such a cherry on top! Every choice they made in the space is stunning. We have kids 4-12 and they enjoyed the condo just as much as anything else we did!

The Perfect place to celebrate our daughter's graduation!

The space was absolutely perfect! Right down in Canal Park, we were able to walk to the DECC for graduation and returned to a catered dinner for the entire family. There was space for everyone to relax, reconnect & refresh! The hosts were fabulous! What a gem!

Our family enjoyed a stay in this condo for a few days to celebrate a 30th birthday! The location is excellent right in the heart of the Canal Park area. There are many options for eating/entertainment steps away. The condo is exactly as listed and is spotless! We had a great time with our family of seven!

Great place for a family get together

Great place in a great location. We used the fusball table, ring game, Pool, TV when we weren’t out and about. We used the coupons for Hoops brewery (just a trip down the elevator) and took first prize in Trivia contest and won $30 gift card. The place had big windows, modern furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating. It’s in the heart of Canal Park so near lots of restaurants and shopping and, of course, the lake

Family Weekend

This property worked out very well for our family weekend! The large island in the kitchen/living room area was a great place to gather, and we enjoyed the darts, ring toss, and foosball. The location near the restaurants and shops in Canal Park was perfect for us, and the use of the pool and sauna were an extra bonus. Communication with the host was perfect/easy. Overall it was a very positive experience and we'd stay in this unit again.

Perfect location!

This place is stunning and in the perfect location. We visited Duluth over a unexpected snow storm during spring break and had plenty to within the condo. Kind enjoyed foosball and the dartboard. The pool has a great bonus. CPlenty spacious. We braved the snow and walked to dinner and ice cream. Would love to stay here again! Stocked with amenities and really feels like a home away from home!
