The hosts were incredible! We had an issue with the heat that they took care of immediately. We were very impressed with the location, space, and attentiveness. Amazing stay!
We loved this place, perfect location with lots to do within walking distance (shopping, coffee, restaurants, breweries). The space was so adorable and clean, great layout. We’d stay here again!
Property was as advertised, very clean and we'll maintained with all the furnishings you needed. Good location walking distance to restaurants, brewery and stores. We had a great time exploring duluth would recommend.reduluth
Beautiful loft, great location, and easy check-in process. Would easily be a 5 star except for being woken up at 6am by weights being tossed around in the fitness studio below.
The property is gorgeous. It was a calming retreat for us as a couple. We're grateful for the time we were there. Definitely provides a relaxing get away. We will be staying again.
This place was great! We were only there for a couple of days but we loved it. It was way larger than we thought and very nice and comfortable. We stayed on the hottest weekend ever so the air conditioning had a little hard time keeping up but it was still not too hot. The location was great and easy to get right down to Canal Park too.
We enjoyed our stay in the loft and would book again if needed. The location was ideal (so many places to go for food, brews, coffee and shop). Way more space than the pictures show.
This property exceeded my expectations! So cute and cozy and larger than I expected! Location is in a great area with coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and shopping and just minutes from the DECC and other attractions. Host was great to work with. I'd definitely come back!
Very spacious studio with cool decorations. Stationed in close proximity to cute coffee shops and breweries. Quality food choices close by or within a short drive further downtown. Parking was a bit of a hassle and signage was limited but we didn't run into any issues parking on the streets. Would definitely go back.
It was a very beautiful and well put together space. Very spacious and could be ideal for 4-6 people. The location is excellent with walking distance to so many local restaurants and breweries it was just lovely. I do need to warn people though, the Michigan is above a gym. So if you’re not up by a good time you will be. Otherwise excellent stay and would definitely stay again/recommend this VRBO to my friends.
We were in town to attend our daughter’s residency graduation. The loft apt is huge, and filled with light! There are beautiful houseplants that very much enhance the comfortable feeling of this well-appointed apartment. The host was very responsive to my inquiries and answered almost immediately. Everything that we could’ve needed for a long weekend stay was provided and the walkable neighborhood is great for shopping and dining. We would definitely stay at this property again.
We had a fantastic time staying here! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, the bed was very comfortable, location was great! Right near several breweries, coffee shops, and other shopping places. Easy to get to downtown and canal street.
Our only complaint was the parking. It’s a busy area, so street parking fills up fast and the signs say no overnight parking. We ignored the signs and it was fine (no ticket). There was also paid parking spots right next to the VRBO, however we thought it was expensive and did not utilize it.
We were very impressed with our accommodations as soon as we entered the loft! Very beautiful, comfortable and clean! We enjoyed the shops and restaurants! It was so different than 30 years ago when we lived in Duluth!
The only negative comment I have and is very common among rentals is we were unable to access local news or basic television channels. It does not bother me as much as my husband and is probably an issue with our generation ( or not ) but is not a deal breaker. We would stay here again if we visit Duluth!
Host was very responsive. Ran into an issue but it was resolved very quickly. The lack of parking in the winter adds an additional expense but the loft was very clean and updated. Will stay here again.
This place was awesome. Beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. We had a nice stay and could walk to some shops and restaurants.
