Sits on Observation Hill. Features 4 separate beds, 3 separate sleeping areas, vintage/victorian bathroom, artwork by local artists, and in-unit laundry. Less than 1 mile from Canal Park, Bayfront, AMSOIL Arena, and the DECC. 6 blocks or less to Downtown, Traverse Trail, Lake Superior Hiking Trail, and Enger Tower. Less than 2 miles to the Craft District. Enjoy some views of the lake, lift bridge, and bay. Great for a short trip or an extended stay. This is an upstairs apartment with a couple sets of stairs to get into the apartment.

Christmas in Duluth

This was perfect for us, visiting grandparents for Christmas. Fantastic location for anything you want to do in Duluth, and perfect size for our family of 4! (And can see it working teally well for 6, with pull out bed). Clean and comfortable, will stay here again!

Very cute house

The location was great for our event at the DECC. The house was very cute and perfect for what we needed. I loved the instructions for everything and check-in/check-out were very easy. I wish there was conditioner in the shower. Also, we had to clean up a lot of hair in the bathroom when we arrived, Other than that, it was very clean.

Our stay in Duluth was to help support our son as he was finishing up his Superior Trail Hike. The house was the upstairs apartment. Very nice! Very clean!

Short trip to Duluth

It was very clean and well stocked. We were there for one night. We were a bit surprised about the large number of stairs to get into the apartment. Also parking was somewhat limited. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we were pleased with this apartment!

Great place to stay

Centrally located, very clean and well stocked. It is on 2nd floor of an older home with steps from the sidewalk to porch. The only downside for us is that there was no outdoor space to use that was easily accessible.

Great Stay!

This was the perfect place for our little family to stay while visiting Duluth. The space was large enough for our 1.5 year old to explore and had two bedrooms so we didn't have to share. The place came equipped with lots of kitchen items, TV, etc and was convenient to downtown Duluth and had a beautiful view from the street! The host was very flexible and communicative.

Really great location. Everything in Duluth was close. I don't think it took mor than 15 minutes to get to the things we went to see. Downtown and the interstate were 5 minutes away, as was the train depot and aquarium.
